Service Description

Internationally acclaimed COS-P™ presents decades of Attachment research in a practical and accessible manner. Over the course of 8 weeks, participants gain the knowledge and skills to recognize the underlying, genuine needs hidden behind our children's behaviour and the specific ways we can meet those needs. We also explore our own unique strengths and struggles as parents and learn to recognize how and why we react to our children's behaviour the way we do. Each week builds on the previous week's learning, and much "processing" happens during the time between gatherings. Through self-reflective questioning and group discussions we support and strengthen our connection with our children, leading to more secure parent-child relationships and to more joy and ease in our parenting.
