Are you ready to radically improve your relationships with your children and bring more joy and ease into your parenting? Do you want to finally break the cycles of trauma (big or small) that have been passed down for decades? If so, this course is made for you! Internationally acclaimed COSP™ presents decades of Attachment research in a practical and accessible manner. Over the course of 8 weeks, participants gain the knowledge and skills to recognize the underlying, genuine needs hidden behind our children's behaviour and the specific ways we can meet those needs. We also explore our own unique strengths and struggles as parents and learn to recognize how and why we react to our children's behaviour the ways we do. Each week builds on the previous week's learning, and much "processing" happens during the time between gatherings. Through self-reflective questioning and group discussions we support and strengthen our connection with our children, leading to more secure parent-child relationships and to better family relations all around! *I want you to get the absolute most out of your investment, so I limit class size to only 6 participants!
